Aqua Therapy - Pool Therapy - Water Therapy

Aquatic Therapy, of course, is therapy that takes place in water. Different approaches have been developed to standardize therapy that occurs in the water and MCO has therapists with specialized training in aquatic therapy. Aquatic Therapy is particularly useful as a method to strengthen muscles and improve overall conditioning for patients with mobility limitations such as bad knees, spinal stenosis, or recent surgery. MCO performs its aquatic rehab just next door at the Sports Enhancement Center.
