Dr. Novotny joined McLean County Orthopedics in 1998. He treats all general orthopedic conditions, but focuses on shoulders, elbows, hands, hips, and knees. Dr. Novotny grew up in Bloomington and is a graduate of Bloomington High School where he was a competitive swimmer.
Dr. Novotny works with John Nelson, Physicians Assistant, who also sees patients in the office and assists with surgery.
