Luke Roth, PA-C

Upon becoming a board-certified Physician Assistant in 2017, Luke joined McLean County Orthopedics in July 2018. He works with Dr. Joseph Newcomer who treats all types of orthopedic conditions but specialized in sports-related injuries. While completing his Master of Physician Assistant degree, Luke’s clinical rotations included Orthopedic Surgery, Family Practice, Emergency Department, and Trauma & General Surgery.

Luke grew up in Gridley, IL, a small town north of Bloomington/Normal. Luke was an avid sports player in high school participating in basketball, baseball, and track. During college, while on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic, he met his wife, Amy. Together they lived in Nashville, TN, and Wichita, KS before returning to Bloomington to be closer to family as they welcome their first child, Ford Thomas. His favorite pastimes are traveling to and exploring new places, and eating delicious foods. When he’s not traveling the world or indulging his taste buds, Luke can be found playing the latest board game with his friends and family, or losing himself in a good book.
